Tired of being in the house all the time? Are you looking for a productive way to “pedal” the cares away? We’d like to invite you to Pedal the Pandemic!
A competitive event for adults and a leisure event for children, Pedal the Pandemic is a personalized biking experience. Adults, take your pick! Choose to bike either 25 or 50 miles, make your own course, or pick from ours.
After you complete your exercise, send your results to via email (runamucktiming@gmail.com). The
Pedal the Pandemic is not a competitive event for children, but they can still participate! Kids* can choose a challenging mileage, with a minimum range of three miles. Upon completing the challenge and mailing their results, every child will receive a participation medal and a tee-shirt. All emails exchanged regarding questions and race results should be delivered to runamucktimimg@gmail.com!
*To qualify for the kids’ category, participants must be age 12 and under.
In order to make Pedal the Pandemic a rousing success, everyone must send a photo of their mileage and time upon completion. If cycling with a child, please send their information as well. Photos are welcome and encouraged!
The challenge must be completed in one day, but the event spans 4 wks. From the 15st to the 19th of OCT we will expect your results!
Nobody could have foreseen what we are all going through. Our current climate has transformed into something entirely unfamiliar, and during this difficult time, it is our hearts that bring us together. We have missed out on many experiences in 2020; we have celebrated milestones without the social aspect, without the excitement we’re so used to Pedal the Pandemic strives to change that through positivity, drive, and a healthy dose of exercise!

The 4th annual Cool Cape Cycling 2020 will take place at Nauti Spirits on Sept 13, 2020
All attendees must be age 21 .
We will observe all recommendations by the CDC in regards to COVID19
Leaving from Nauti Spirits venue and follow colored arrows or signs. You must keep your eyes aware not to miss certain arrows for turns.
All riders presume liability for self and ride at your own risk.
The event on Sept 13th will be rain or shine and non - refundable.

New this year, A free shirt GreenLayer t shirt, which is made from 80% recycled bottles and materials. A virtual race, The virtual event is a run on your own event that has to be performed on June 5th, you send your choice of results of 5K, 10k or 15K to us and we list you as completed on our website. The website will also list you as a donor of monies received to run your race to raise money and awareness of World Environment Day and its causes.
We also would love to have your videos to upload about how you feel about World environment day. You will be placed in ranking on our website. You must send the approved snapshot and an optional video on how you feel about the changing planet to this email for approval. It may be uploaded to our site.
